• Transcriptional regulation, genomics and epigenetics.
• State-of-the-art algorithms and self-developed scripts and programs to analyse datasets related to these scientific topics.
• Data from ChIP-Seq, RNA-Seq, microarray and other large scale experiments are qualitatively analysed, statistically evaluated, efficiently stored, integrated, set into a biological context and visualized to facilitate the interpretation of the results.
• Planning and executing of functional genomics projects.
